The pinnacle of Spanish white: finesse from ancient vineyards
The Ossian Verdejo 2022 is a masterpiece, crafted in the style of the great Burgundy wines. It originates from ungrafted, hundred-year-old Verdejo vines grown on sandy granite soils in Nieva (Segovia). The extremely low yield of these ancient vines gives the wine its incredible depth and finesse.
