Shipping policy for Sanoya webshop
Introduction
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our wine webshop. It contains all relevant information about shipping costs, delivery times, and how to handle any discrepancies.
Postage costs
- We charge €9.95 shipping costs for each order.
Delivery time
- Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM: We aim to dispatch these orders the same day.
- Delivery time: The estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary for orders shipped internationally.
Shipping method
We use PostNL, DHL, DPD, and UPS to ship our packages. You will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order securely. The bottles are carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transport.
Delivery
- Absent upon delivery: If you are not at home upon delivery, the delivery person will leave a message with instructions for collecting the package.
- Delivery address: Please check the delivery address you provided carefully when placing your order. We are not liable for any errors in the address provided.
Damages
If you notice any damaged bottles upon receipt of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then handle the damage as quickly as possible.
Force majeur
In the event of force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters, or disruptions at our suppliers, we cannot guarantee delivery time. In that case, we will notify you as soon as possible.
