14-day cooling-off period
Not satisfied with your order? No problem! You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without stating reasons.
How to return your order?
- Notification: Send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order to support@sanoya.nl including your order number and the reason for return (optional).
- Shipping label: After receiving your return request, we will send you a shipping label.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the wine in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the shipping label to the package.
- Return shipment: Take the package to a drop-off point of the shipping service.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Return costs are not reimbursed by us, but deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded. Any original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
When can you not exercise your right of withdrawal?
- If the wine has been opened or damaged by your actions.
- For products that can spoil quickly, such as opened bottles of wine.
- As taste is a personal preference, wines that do not meet your taste cannot be returned.
