14 days cooling-off period
Not satisfied with your order? No problem! You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason.
How can I return my order?
- Notification: Please send us an email to support@sanoya.nl within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for return (optional).
- Shipping label: After receiving your return request, we will send you a shipping label.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the wine in the original packaging (if possible) and stick the shipping label on the package.
- Return: Bring the package to a drop-off point of the shipping service. The shipping costs are for the account of the customer.
Refund
After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs you paid, to the account you used to make the payment within 14 days.
When can I not use my right of withdrawal?
- If the wine has been opened or damaged by you.
- For products that can spoil quickly, such as opened bottles of wine.
- Since taste is a personal preference, wines that do not meet your taste cannot be returned.
