1. Introduction
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between Sanoya, hereinafter referred to as: "Seller", and the buyer, hereinafter referred to as: "Buyer".
1.2 By placing an order through the Seller's webshop, the Buyer accepts these general terms and conditions.

3. Products
3.1 All information about the products, such as descriptions, specifications, and prices, is displayed as accurately as possible. However, the Seller cannot guarantee that all information is completely correct and up-to-date.
3.2 Images accompanying the products are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the delivered product.
4. Prices
4.1 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 The Seller reserves the right to change prices. For orders, the price stated on the website at the time of ordering applies.
5. Ordering and delivery
5.1 Orders can only be placed online via the webshop.
5.2 After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email.
5.3 Delivery will take place at the address provided by the Buyer within 1-2 working days after dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.
5.4 Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise stated.
5.5 Delivery is made to persons aged 18 and over. A valid identification document may be requested upon delivery.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment can be made via the following methods: iDEAL | Wero, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
6.2 Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 The Buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons within 14 days of receiving the products.
7.2 The costs for returning the products are borne by the Buyer and will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded.
7.3 Returned products must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
8. Liability
8.1 The Seller is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products.
8.2 The Seller is also not liable for any damage arising from errors in the information on the website.
9. Force majeure
9.1 In case of force majeure, the Seller is not obliged to fulfill its obligations. In that case, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible.
10. Applicable law and disputes
10.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.
10.2 All disputes arising from this agreement will be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
11. Amendment of the general terms and conditions
11.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The amended conditions will be published on the website.
