The Ossian Capitel 2022 is undoubtedly one of the very best Spanish white wines — exclusively available at SANOYA. Made from 100% Verdejo from the organically certified vineyard "Cordel de las Merinas" in Segovia. The grapes are hand-picked in small batches with strict selection at the sorting table, then manually pressed and, after alcoholic fermentation, aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. The result is a wine of exceptional depth and complexity.
