The Pedro Ximénez: layering and depth through long wood aging
The Marisol Rubio CIPMA II is the most complex and richest expression of the Pedro Ximénez (PX) grape in Bodegas Marisol Rubio's range. A dry, wood-aged wine from Toledo with longer barrel aging than the CIPMA I, resulting in a layered, exceptionally rich wine. A rare, numbered edition for the discerning wine connoisseur.
